    This 6 week series is perfect for those looking to take their practice to the next level! We will practice a half primary series, known as Yoga Chikitsa or yoga therapy, which focuses on detoxifying and aligning the body. Surya Namaskar A & B (sun salutations) warm up the body, followed by standing, seated and finishing postures. Good for all levels of practioner looking for a challenge.
