This 7 weeks series will have you deep diving into how you can explore your own energy and manage it more efficiently. We will take a journey with each energy center learning what they are, how they affect our body as well as those around us, as well as how they are all separate yet interconnected.

This course will take you on a very personal exploration of what was happening in your life as each energy center was developing and how it may have taken on too much energy, or possibly, not enough. Which very deeply impacts our psychology, our physical ailments, and the way in which we perceive the world which is essentially how we manifest how experiences show up for us in our adult life.
